1. Eligibility

1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and mobile operator rules in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Tapli provides users with access to reward-based digital content, including but not limited to videos, surveys, and third-party promotional tasks ("Tasks").
2.2 Users may earn points for completing eligible Tasks in accordance with the instructions provided.
2.3 Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed within the App, subject to availability and eligibility.

3.1 Points may be redeemable for rewards such as mobile airtime, gift items, or other digital benefits, only where Tapli has an active agreement with the relevant mobile operator or partner.
3.2 Rewards are not guaranteed. Availability depends on multiple factors, including third-party partners, geographic location, mobile operator participation, technical limitations, and compliance with these Terms.
3.3 Tapli does not guarantee:
- That any specific Task will always be available
- That any Task completion will result in points
- That rewards will always be available for redemption
3.4 Reward delivery times may vary and may be delayed or cancelled due to technical issues, third-party failures, operator restrictions, or suspected violations.

4.1 Some Tasks are provided by third-party offer wall providers. Tapli does not control, operate, or guarantee these offers.
4.2 Completion validation, reward eligibility, and point attribution are determined solely by the third-party provider.
4.3 Tapli is not responsible for:
- Task disqualifications
- Delayed or missing points
- Changes or cancellation of third-party offers
4.4 Any disputes related to third-party Tasks may require you to contact the relevant provider directly.

You agree not to:
- Use bots, emulators, VPNs, automation tools, or fraudulent methods
- Manipulate Tasks, offers, or reward systems
- Create multiple accounts to gain rewards
- Provide false or misleading information
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the App
Violation of this section may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of points.

6.1 Tapli reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
- Terms are violated
- Required by law or partners
6.2 Upon termination, all accumulated points may be forfeited without compensation.

7.1 Participation in Tasks does not create an employment, agency, or contractor relationship between you and Tapli.

8.1 Apple App Store and Google Play Store are not sponsors of Tapli and are not responsible for rewards, content, or disputes.
8.2 Apple and Google bear no responsibility for:
- Reward fulfillment
- App functionality
- User disputes
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Tapli are owned by or licensed to Numbase Limited.
9.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.

- Continuous availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numbase Limited shall not be liable for:
- Lost or unredeemed points
- Missed rewards
- Third-party failures
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numbase Limited from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

16.3 Completion of Tasks does not guarantee that:
- Points will be credited
- Points will be redeemable
- Airtime or other rewards will be successfully delivered
16.4 Reward redemption is subject to:
- Third-party verification
- Mobile operator approval and availability
- Technical constraints
- Compliance with these Terms
16.5 Tapli may modify, suspend, or discontinue rewards, point values, or redemption options at any time without liability.
16.6 Users acknowledge that participation in the App is entirely voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion.
